While you reach us

What to do in the first minutes.

Severe, throbbing toothache
Rinse with warm salt water, take your usual pain relief, and call us. Do not put aspirin on the gum.
Knocked-out permanent tooth
Hold it by the crown (not the root), rinse gently, keep it in milk or inside your cheek — and reach us within 30–60 minutes if you can.
Swelling of the face or jaw
This can be an infection spreading. Cold compress outside the cheek, and call immediately.
Bleeding that will not stop
Bite firmly on clean gauze for 15 minutes. If it continues, call us — do not keep rinsing.
Broken tooth or lost crown
Save every piece, avoid chewing on that side, and book the earliest slot — usually same day.
